This elevated two-storey home features year round on-shore breezes with lofty bay and ocean views. A large deck extends from the kitchen/living room, featuring an outdoor entertainment area with a gas barbeque. The master bedroom extends to an ensuite and private balcony.
The unit at the front of the house is not included and is always unoccupied.

- Aldi coffee machine and pods
- Large 'mudroom' entrance with storage capacity for hanging day clothes and beach towels and storing footwear.
- Spacious office/study with writer's desk, shelving, filing cabinets and free wi-fi.
- Toilet and washroom.
- Open plan living and dining space with LG 50" smart TV, CD player/radio; air-conditioned.
- Commercial style kitchen with Ilve, five-burner gas cook top and two electric ovens, upright fridge/freezer and Ariston dishwasher.
- Outdoor entertainment deck with four-burner gas barbeque (seating under cover).
Included: coffee pods, black tea and sugar. All linen and bedding, towels, hand towels, bath mats, initial supply of toilet paper, air freshener, hand wash at all basins, bin liners, all required kitchen and household cleaning products and utensils (including dishwasher and washing machine). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the shower dispensers.
Outside:
Plenty of on-site parking available for vehicles, boats, trailers etc.

This fully equipped, modern, two storey family home is situated in walking distance to all township amenities including the main attraction, the coloured sands of Rainbow Beach.
This is not a fully fenced property.
This is an elevated property featuring internal and external stair access.
Other things to note
Telstra/Belong free internet and wi-fi is provided. Note Rainbow Beach is a regional township where services can be slower due to high demand during peak holiday seasons or unavailable due to electrical outages.
Removing private property from the house is not permitted, this includes bed linen, cushions/blankets, kitchenware etc.
There is a high chair and baby gate in the house.
No requirement to bring your own linen, all beds are ready made for your arrival, just unpack and enjoy. Beach towels are not provided.
Sleeps ten in one x king size bed, four x queen size beds and a king single bed.
Please advise which beds you will be utilising when you book.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
