The unit has a perfect north-east aspect and the complex has been fully landscaped including a huge turfed area for the kids. Also features a large pool boasting glass pool fencing and quality timber decking to relax around. This property would be perfect for a large family or even two families combined with a large bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and deck downstairs whilst the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs.
The roof deck, accessible via a spiral staircase linked to the second storey deck is like your own skytower and the view from this vantage point is unrivalled.
Sleeps ten in one x king sized bed, two x queen size beds and two x single beds and a sofa bed.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Lauren - 25th January 2022Great property and in a convenient spot however there were a couple of small creature comforts that could have made the stay a bit nicer such as washing detergent (we had two sachets for our 7 day stay), something to wash up (all we had was a very well used scrubbing brush) and hand soap. We were required to bring almost everything else which is fine, but run of the mill items like listed would have been nice. The drawers in the bedrooms were almost unusable, falling apart when we pulled them out, towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off and a fan in one bedroom not working, had to call to have it replaced. These little things didn't happen between one family leaving and ours coming in. The real estate that we went through for this holiday rental was difficult to deal with, more so the staff being unhelpful, on one occasion we did get the owners of the real estate and they were extremely helpful.
Large apartment with great views

The apartment is very large with a kitchen containing almost anything you need to cook or entertain with, a lovely outdoor deck area and the upstairs roof is great for views. I did find there were some maintenance issues that need to be attended to and when we checked out a list was provided to the letting agent. If they are fixed then the property should be back to a good standard.
Very disappointing - Don’t be fooled by the photos
Susan - 6th January 2022This is our third time staying in this apartment and sadly it will be our last. Over New Year, we pay too dollar for what I would define as a luxury apartment, but each year we stay it is getting less and less luxurious. The house needs a deep clean. When we arrived there was hair all through the bathrooms, rubbish under the couch and beds, the outdoor deck hadn’t been swept and was full of sand, fish had been stored in the fridge and the whole apartment stank. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms which get very hot so we need to bring our own portable ones and the adult rooms only have double beds, making sleeping with two people quite uncomfortable. The toilet roll holders were broken, the shelves on the fridge door were broken, the portable clothes airer was broken - just to name a few. The first morning we woke up, we found cockroaches on the kitchen bench and in the cupboards. We tried calling the reality that oversees the property three times to no avail.

Marleen - 15th August 2019We booked unit 2 and 4 (so we all had our own beds), but spend most of our time in unit 2 for meals and entertainment. Perfect space with the open layout. Lots of seating areas to just relax and enjoying each other's company. Could easily fit in a couple of families or an extended family. We will be back!
