The open-plan living and dining area is the centerpiece for the whole family and opens out to your private deck and pool area. The main living area has a split system air conditioner (please note that the fireplace is not operational).
The modern kitchen is a cook's dream, with plenty of bench area and storage space, and looks out onto the landscaped pool area. Entertain in style with a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living areas, with the perfect area for summer BBQs and watching the kids play in the pool.
With four spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, this property is perfect for your next family beach holiday. The master bedroom features a stylish ensuite, walk in robe and balcony access, providing a tranquil haven to relax and unwind. The remaining bedrooms are generously sized and all the bedrooms feature ducted air conditioning for your comfort and built in wardrobes.
Downstairs is a large rumpus room with split system air conditioner. Not only does this property offer generous living spaces, but it also boasts practical features such as a large double garage and an additional area for parking the boat or caravan.
Sleeps eight in one x king size bed and three x queen size beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
