The open plan living space flows seamlessly to the outdoor living area. The spacious master bedroom is complete with its own ensuite whilst the main bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The property is located within easy walking distance to the stunning surf beach.
Garage access for two vehicles OR the garage also has an aircon vent so if you don’t want to put cars in there it is a good games room for the kids in summer.
Sleeps eight in three x queen size beds and two x single beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Tracey - 7th February 2025Awesome stay in this beautifully presented home in Rainbow Beach over the New Year period. It’s spacious, comfortable, with fully ducted air conditioning throughout. Perfect for families with the inclusion of a ping pong table and games console. The fenced yard provided great privacy and the outdoor deck great for entertaining. A short walk to the beach and great for four-wheel driving adventures to Inskip Pt & Double Is. The outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. We will book again!
